The Women's Healthcare Executive Network (WHEN) of South Florida is a non-profit professional organization that provides opportunities for women working in the healthcare industry to enhance their leadership skills.  For over twenty years, WHEN has served its South Florida members in the tri-county areas of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.  WHEN enjoys a strong working relationship with the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association (SFHHA) and ACHE of South Florida, an independent chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
